RETURN POLICY:

27 Street Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been dropped off at the postal service, and does not offer any returns or guaranteed refunds.

If items arrive broken or damaged and you would like to request a refund with the postal service, you must hold onto original box, packaging, and ALL items inside to file an insurance claim with UPS. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving the package. Filing a claim does not always guarantee a refund.
